Check-in was a hassle. full details weren't sent, and we had to wait for cleaners to let us in. No ventilation fan in the bathroom led to mold, and we found a dirty towel left behind. Additionally, bed linen felt cheap and was poorly sized, leaving us exposed. Some advertised services like concierge and baggage storage weren't available, which caused further inconvenience.

I had an very nice stay in a spacious Beautiful Double Room that was clean and comfortable. The unique WhatsApp check-in made the arrival process smooth and allowed for quick communication with the staff. Located in the vibrant Trastevere area, I was just steps away from charming restaurants and lively nightspots.

Lovely location, tucked away but close to all the action! The air-conditioned room was spacious and very clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly (Claudia was a gem! ).

However, the lock on the door was a bit tricky at times, which could be concerning.

We really loved the vibe in the area, super close to all the good restaurants and shops! The natural light in the room made it really cozy. Staff was super helpful, making our stay even better. Just wish there was more ventilation in the bathroom though. it got a bit stuffy.

I had a delightful stay at Trastevere Glasshouse. The room was comfortable and well-located, just a short walk from numerous restaurants and attractions. The warm atmosphere made it feel like home, and the cleanliness was impeccable.
